Passed its MOT today <phew> needed a few bits but she's back with me as of tomorrow :) :)

This is a Opel only version of a 3dr Fastback variant of the Vauxhall Carlton.

She is a very late series 2 model "GSE" (uprated sus, mild cam, LSD, Recaros), one of the last ever built :P

She has yet to cover 100k miles, which means its about run in :lol:
A 3.0 Straight-6 12v unit graces her loins btw :insanity: :drool:

Pictures of before she underwent Fuel tank replacement as well as a few other bits, plus a bit o' patchwork :lol: (Notice sunshine :insanity:.......long time now)

Well, having thought my Heater matrix was duff (she hadn't been run in about 5 months), and since it would apear she remains nice and cool, whether bruising along at 50 or 100, (neither of which would have helped), it would appear that a few b-road blasts and a bit of town driving have helped the flow.

So............mmmm, warm :D :D
problem solved

On the down side im getting less than 15mpg :shock: ...........10 brownie points if you can guess why :red: :red:
