Hehe, i now have JTS, OP, and Fiesta-Mikes old nouveau red Si.

Now my turn.

Not done a great deal to it so far, apart from fit central locking and change gear knob. It's running very rich at the minute so that's my priority.

Gave it a good clean and polish on sunday.

all that mud was in the rear arches!, the country life eh?

new knob

a few from today, looking much dirtier though.

Now has my Tints on the rear, old ones were a bit of a rush job imo.

Will get electric window put in next week with any luck. The loom is all there, just need time to drill out all of the rivets, Took me ages last time as they're really tough and broke lots of drill bits.

As for the topic title, its true you never leave, I haven't owned a fiesta for nearly 2 years now! :lol:

Lol, i was thinkning more of the car not leaving the site as i'm it's 4th owner on here, but i guess your right, You, Matty, Des and Ry to name a few are still regulars without even owning Si's.

I think the wheels are more 'kroozer' than i'd normally go for but they do suit the car well IMO.

Engine is now fucked

Replaced spark plugs and one shattered dropping bits into the cylinder. Foolishly started it up, lots of tapping noises, then it cut out.

I've got the engine from Yum sat on my drive which can go in but need to sort out insurance payout first obv, then make sure i can keep the wreck. All still a nightmare.

Any idea what i'll be looking at in labour to remove 2 engines, and put one back? Doimg cambelt and water pump at the same time?

Im getting my engine done at a place called heathrow engines, new engine with 0 miles on the clock they told me, I take it they mean reconditioned, with a 5 year warranty!!! But, is costing Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£600.

Things are looking up for VNT now.

Had the engine from YUM dropped in, and is running sweet with Superchip on the ECU 8-)

Taught a one-oh-sux and a micra a lesson earlier today, as they were both clearly 1.0's but with big wheels and poorly fitted jap cans hanging out the back, couldn't resist.

Fitted some silver indicator bulbs to the front, and a new set of plates, with our site address at the bottom.

Also waxed it with Clearkot moose wax. Shineh 8-)

Needs, tyre black IMO.
