anyway, bled the rear brakes yesterday afternoon.

good news is they work!

bad news is they dont work to their full effect.

when you stamp on the pedal you can still turn the rear wheels a bit, so i dunno whether they need bleeding again or maybe theres something wrong. but will find out soon. im taking it down work this week hopefully.

also i still need to connect the handbrake cable up.

anyway heres some better daylight pics.

Never noticed TBH.. 300mm on the front with escort servo were locking up too much :lol:

as for your brakes not at 100%

they should lock and stop you hand turning the wheels, but the fiesta servo will be really overwhelmed by 280's and 260 rear discs, specially since they're 2 pots

get a escort mk5/mondeo servo on her then watch them

yeah it needs a bigger servo, master cylinder now. i wana fit a mondeo one though, not an escort one.

and the rears a 270mm btw

measure them theyre 260's as they fit under 14" wheels

well actually like 158mm but ya know

the focus ones are the 270s

escort ones are the same size

just needs the servo bar shortening which is peasy

focus ones are 253mm std and st170/rs are 278mm on the rear

270mm it says here.

14s probably do fit over them because of the offset of the discs.

just found out the xr2i 16v wiring loom i have wont plug into the deep ecu for the 2.0 as the pins are different

so ill need to buy a 1.6 si engine loom, which will have pas and ive just bought a non pas rack!!

so im in the shit again! :doh:

this projects winding me up!!

why cant things just work togetheer nicely!

im gona end up keeping the 1.4 at this rate!!
