nah it just struggles to rev like. foot planted and it wont rev if that makes sense. and lacking power. (not that uit has a lot anyway lool)

does idle erratically sometimes aswel.

hmm not sure what to suggest but you could try a few things

clean air filter
clean maf sensor or swap it with one off your other si
change leads and plugs
i don't think having a blowing downpipe helps either

can't thinks of much else at moment i'm sure someone might be able to help

As said do all that, and get the downpipe sorted, probably messing up the lamda sensor reading which could cause it to have no power and idle like that, thats if its blowing pre lambda. Does sound like coil pack though!

cleaned iscv aswel.

its better but still low on power. and idled a bit rough in traffic this morning.

my manifolds blowing from the head aswel. so need to sort that.

anyway, on a good note heres soem progress pics...

fitted my brakes and coilovers to my hubs as a trail run.
then painted the hubs and made a start on painting my rst inlet.

my goodridge hoses:

least im making some progress.

That black thing is meant to be on there its for map sensor some sort of valve i think

You say you changed your plugs, did you gap them correctly? If there gapped wrong they'd cause a misfire.

Put some copper grease on the threads of the Coilovers too, while there off, stop them getting gummed up and rusted over time.

got sum new wheels now. ill get pics up soon.

also debadged it.

and raised the back up.

and changed lambda sensor. still running shit thou.
