You mean you want to change put the mondeo plug on the fiesta wiring?

My understanding is the fiesta plug will plug into the mondeo resevoir sender.

If you want to change then they should be pin for pin, colours are irrelevant then :)

On another note, does your strut brace hit the servo?
Looks like it in that pic :(

I'd still be worried that's going to rattle and bend the servo as the engine lurches around under load.

As for the wires, I know the plug type is different but does te fiesta plug not fit straight onto the reservoir?
If not the try it pin to pin as I'm sure they are wired identically.

Right got no work this week so when i get time i want to get a few bits on the list done!

need to do still:

1) under bonned remove any old wireing no longer needed as in abs / powersteering wiring etc
2) take out dash remove any old crappy wiring for airbags that i don't need.
3) tidy wiring under bonnet and connect up brake resivior wiring.

4) clean headlining a little (its prity good but might as well)
5) mock up a few bits.

buy as and when:

1) get some more plastic clips that you use on the drivers roof lining side.
2) need to get another middle pillar trim....
3) ideally i'd like either a rear spoiler in fibreglass or carbon fibre or a ordinary frst one
4) pick up / pay for mechanical window winder regs

need to do still:

1) take out dash remove any old crappy wiring for airbags that i don't need.
2) clean headlining a little (its prity good but might as well)
3) mock up a few bits.

buy as and when:

1) pick up / pay for mechanical window winder regs[/quote] wednesday eve
2) ideally i'd like either a rear spoiler in fibreglass or carbon fibre or a ordinary frst one

bits done over the week;
picked up my mechanical window winder regs but not fitted yet. found a small 5 pence hold in my passanger foot well so welded that up and seam sealered it. and did some other bits caught the car on fire twice not too bad but the fire was under the chassis about 1.5 metre by 1 metre on fire under the chassis and i was lucky and i don't mean 'oh i got away with it big smirk lucky' i mean more ' god was watching me lucky!' as it melted one of the fuel line and i managed to put it out in time so the tank didn't catch and good thing as contained 5 gallons of petrol.... anyhow removed the tank got new petrol lines for bit that conects to fuel pump that was damaged and took the filler pipe off which fell off as took the tank off. turned out the pannel beater hadn't repaired it as much as i thought so i did it myself some of the world worst welding some seam sealer and some 3mm plate..... yer alright i didn't ave any crappy 0.5 mm metal alright?
so here are;

currently got the dash out and heater box out as changing it for a earlyer mk3 one as it can use both mk3 and 3.5 heater rads then and whilst all the wires were there i took the air bag system right out the circuit and also wired in a heated front windscreen wiring so its there if i want it.
i took the live for the front heater loom off a bunch of thick positive red wires leading to a unused plug for a live feed can anyone conferm this please ta.

much to do! got work this week so will do all the car work at night and got to put fuel tank back on as well....!!
need to do still:

1) disconect heater water pipes, fit heater box unit and reconect pipes fit new clips. (monday)
2) refit dash and all the units (monday)
3) change steering colum surround (monday) to mk3 as the mk3 steering wheel boss is smaller and i curerntly have a mk3 wheel on a mk3.5 surround so the steering lock doesn't work.... put steering wheel on (monday)
4) paint the floor repairs / modifcations and fuel filler cap area with hammerite/ then underseal. (monday / 2nd layer tuesday)
5) fit fuel tank and petol hoses (wednesday)

anyone got for sale:
ideally i'd like either a rear spoiler in fibreglass or carbon fibre or a ordinary frst one

Oh yes. Very nice cant beat a good cage!

Dont worry the petrol tank would only have burnt. Wouldn't have exploded like in a movie still wouldn't have been good tho!
