Well its all back together again running alot better now, change the ecu as old one was buggered.
Hocked up a diagnostic kit came up with 0 fault codes so all is good

Well was planning on taking the xr2i turbo to fitp but both turbos I had were fubar currently waiting for new turbo at a cost of £536 from midland turbos which i'l be getting friday and mot car on mon. Was at fitp in the Si on the fiestaguides stand...

Yeah I got a Scorpian cat back 3.5inch tailpipe

Now got a rs1800 intake manifold and throttle body should free up a few more horses

that rotten grinding sounded like a wheel bearing to me, but if you meant the knocking when on a full lock, then thats the CV boot whining for repair.

What engine does the xr2i have at the minute - just the standard 1.4/1.6 CVH lump?

Its all back together... again. Now smoke free got to drive it for the first time today fook me its bloody quick. now got to run in engine. Will be going for MOT this week.

The system is a Mongoose turbo back 4inch rolled out tailpipe, only has one box. Part No. MO-FDS015-C £294.63 is what I paid for it from motorsportworld.co.uk

its quite loud but not ott does pop and splutter although wont really now til I can drive on the road and engine has run in
