It is actually a taxi, not a van

It does shift pretty well... its louder, the cosworth fuel pump is one noisey bastard!

My headunit has given up on me too... argh.

Will be stripping off the sound deadening and painting the interior when I get chance... cage will be in at some point.

If you had these in about 6months time id snap them up.

Right to keep with the slag theme... it was time to fit the Ultra-Slag exhaust system.

To do this needed some welding of an exhaust flexi because it got sent to me with one incorrect end.
This was a mission as my gas regulator packed in.. but for now its fine, a tiny blowy but I'll fix that at a later date.... you hardly notice it anyway


Fitted some fancy clamps onto the 2-1 section of the Ashley Manifold. Standard ones are wank.






This is where I am going to add another mount just behind the backbox.. as its a little shakey.
Its a single peice from the front to the backbox flange, so its awkward to get in postion, so an extra hanger will help keep it in place to save it twatting things.


And here we go.. 4" outward rolled sexy bastard exhaust.


Wanna know what it sounds like? (yes you can hear the fuel pump )
