Always loved the look of the VR6 Splitter on the Xr/Rs bumpers, so ordered one didnt get a OEM VW one as there about £40 odd and its gotta be cut to fit the bumper, also next door neighbour got some H4 HID's hanging round brand new that never used on his Scoob so might have them too

never seen a mk3 on standard lights with hid'd ill have to have a gander at them

i also love the look of a RS bumper with a vr6 splitter, looks like theyre made from factory like it

i bought some Bright white l.e.d sidelight bulbs and now they make my headlights look dull lol! gonna fit them see what there like if there stupid and shit and blind people ill take them off.

A boy done it on here somewere and he said they were fine with hids

You can't align HID's on normal headlights. They don't have a beam pattern.
But you can get someone to try there best like my mate did for mine

Well theres no beam pattern on a mk5 lense, I don't think it'll be any different on a mk3. The projector headlights are the only ones that can have a beam pattern.

Same make as I got

You wont get a difinitive beam pattern with normal reflector lights, the best thing you can do is get it set up so its at the correct height if not a little lower

where did you get the led sidelight bulbs elward?

i'd love HID's, just cba with the jip that comes with them.

well tbh it aint bad, in store there £9.99, on ebay your paying about £5 without postage for ones that are as good and you have to wait for them

mind saying that both of them are poor quality really, you gotta pay £20 or so for top notch with 360 degree and about 12 leds on one tower in 501 bulbs

Those ones in halfrauds I dont personally like, Ive got the other type in mine though saying that - the grey housing ones with the dome'd head like a normal 501 bulb. They are ok, but, nothing compared to decent LED bulbs you can buy which I will get sooner or later. Wayne (Tweek) on here and mainly FT has some in his fiesta, look really smart! They are really bright too, even in the day its like wow! lol
