So so so so so so tempted, and if I could live with a slow arse D again.. but part of me is thinking 1.8 or 2.0 zetec on the derv box... would just need to weld in mount on the drivers side and mess with a little bit of wiring :lol:

Get a friend to make a report up saying it was done satisfactory so DVLA will change it to petrol on logbook lol

yup they are mate, look at the mk3 courier in your haynes book if you have one, same set up from the beneath pics

torsion bar and shocks, but if its the same as the pug stuff theyre easy to lower

so do it

but why a mk4?
mk5 be better surely?

I may be tempted with this.. as long as I get the right sized tyres I shouldnt have much issue.. as the 13's I were using were wayyyyyyy too small for the escort, meant to use 70's.. think they were 55's or 60's :lol:

Would rather have Wellers.. some 14's on the bay but I cant afford to do this right now.
And I would have to change my front hubs, as I drilled out the holes for bigger calipers :lol:
