Plan tonite was to get starting building teh car back up, but we had a power cut :rolleyes: :rolleyes: , no jokin

Ill start it tomorrow, and update the thread with some pics of the progress

Ive been working on the car today , getting there

Heres some pics of the inside showing the colour and all the welding that has been done all prepped and sealed

this is the inner sill that was missing

The new grey paint makes it look much better, more of a factory smart look good to see it going back together

Must be a sod being in more desolate (sp?) areas up north than in big suburbs down here, power cuts :doh:

yep fair to say it defo wont be holding a spare wheel, thats what the trailer is for :D :D :D

I know Dave, i really thought about changing the bumpers, as i really like them, but time for a totally new look for next year,

when the car is being painted on the outside Frozen white , and the bumpers are being done, ill do the RS accessory bumpers too, just incase i dont like the XR bumpers on the car, that way i can change it over no probs

You should try going for a rs2k awd setup man, because if you're good at welding you can easily pull it off.
And i don't think anyone in england has done it before, so if someone starts the band wagon then others will experiment with the ideas given and eventually it will be as common as the 2.0 conversion ;) lol
