due to me finding out i got kidney stones its really slowed things down now

however some small updates

09/12/2006

due to kidney stones

and feeling very iffy i havent done much today so i cleaned the engine bay up a bit and painted me gearbox up

14/12/2006

a massive thanks to JD Motorsport (Cheers Darren) for making a custom front mount up for me, this mount will bolt to the front of the car to the exhaust manifold for extra security

when i am in a better physical state i will press on

so just these little update bits

be rude to not put there name on the car

did i read that right. 'bolts to exhaust manifold'
thats probably not a good idea. the threads can be fragile enough when hot, never mind have the load of the engine passed through them

oh, still wouldnt like any extra weight on the threads. it'll be as bad as them rover turbo engines when manifold keep falling off due to there only being 5/6 bolts that hold it to head, and it has wieght of turbo aswell/
should be ok though.

although i got the KS's etc i still went out there at the weekend and cut away some of the bits needed to get the engine in and drill the holes for the mounts etc

so over xmas she will be all bolted in there its a case of just put it all back together as n when i can - only getting saturdays at the moment - will update more with pics soon
