Spent some of last weekend on the car and got most of it done, its now alive and running and goes pretty well. Ive ordered another set of carbs so i can give them a good check over, drill out the jets and fit them as the R1s are not what the manifold was built for. I have now found the correct zx9r ones that i need after a few months of searching ebay.

Ordered rev limiter with launch control
Fit new set of carbs


Will run it like this over the winter but early next year i will be fitting 45mm jenvey throttle bodies with omex 600 ecu which i have recently done a deal on. Would swap them straight away but the ecu is currently mapped for st170 engine with vvt so wont be to good on the zetec

after seeing and hearing it sunday i want this conversion

will be sweet when all the other little bits have been done and finalised on it

it dos go relly well lol and it should get gd power when u get off your ass and get it on the rollers lol
it should b 150+bhp. lol

I went out with a mate last night an took some videos, just wainting for him to email them to me then ill post them up.

If its nice tomorrow ill give it a clean and post the new pics up as only a few have seen it now its driveable and its nothing like the pics in this post so far.
