Toyota parts are supposed to be quite pricey as a lot of the stuff is Toyota made only or so I heard, It kind of put me off getting a GT4 as a budget car to buy.

I've not read your posts but can you vouch for that?

Beautiful sunny day today, mr weather man said it was going to continue all day. So I spent all morning polishing the mister, before taking it out for a photo shoot and then embarrassing some more expensive metal :hsugh:

Right thought I would update as ive done a little bit to it since the last.

Firstly ive bought some old turbo engine mounts and polybushed them. The result is that the engine is much more responsive and it has really tightened up the back end. Also means that the mirrors vibrate at low idle and you can feel the engine throb :devil:

Next replaced two of the lower chassis support bars as mine were in bad shape, again this has stiffened the back up even more meaning the front needs some love.

Fitted new pads and discs all round, theyre okay but nothing special unfortunately.

Next planned is 4 new droplinks and polybushed ARBs as I need to tighten the front up now.

Oh also have just fitted 2 new 225/50/15 Hankook RS2 track tyres to the rear :thumbsup:

to say they are a bit grippy would be an understatement.

The polished and waxed it ready for its first stand appearence tomorrow, at Duxford air museum.
