So my car played up forcing me to miss my first track session, randomly started overheating.

bled the system and bought a HCV from a junk stand, all seems to work fine and went out on track. Spun it chasing a Focus ST as I overtook all the ZS's lol ended up in the grass and drove it back on the track and ended up just chasing two ZS's was quite fun didn't have enough laps to pass them though.

Was fun but the fact its so unreliable and i'm so cursed with it I have now decided I am going to sell it If anyones interested in any aftermarket bits I need to get standard stuff first but let me know.

I've actually bought idea yet. I've gone round in circles thinking what to get.

I have no idea what to do really. Been sitting browsing around at what sort of cars to buy and nothing interests me, anything that does i'm looking at paying the same insurance AGAIN for the third year running (£90+ a month!!) I can't really decide what to do. I'm going to take it to Curborough track day and decide after that.

Spent this morning clearing everything out from FF, refitted my rear seats, sub/amp and also fixed my drivers side subframe so that I dont have one corner held on with a jubilee clip anymore! Big thanks to Paul for selling me that

I really can't decide it so annoying. I just reckon if I sell it it won't play up for years! I have so much fun with it on track and just reckon I could do with sitting on it for a little bit and deciding. If I do keep it though I wouldn't bother with appearance anymore, might do the wheels a wierd ass colour but leave it and just make it handle like a boss. Save cash and just use it, its just the unreliability with the damn thing thats annoying.

Track pics show the colour I wanted it to be lol it's mad how much difference the lighting makes on the colour.

I'd miss the pops but i want more power.

Don't really think I'd be happy with any other car either. Will keep thinking.

just go with the flow chris. could just be a phase. why dont you work on making it reliable first off? find the issues etc? or just see how it runs for now? might just be a glitch. does look awesome in them pics though

When you spend thousand of pounds on a car that still constantly has problems you get a bit shitty with it. Lol

How do you suggest I make it reliable? There's nothing wrong with it it makes it's own stupid problems. The thought was tp just cash in. Make some money back as seeing how other runs for now could end in a random engine failure like normal and cost me even more or make the car worthless.

Just got nothing I'd be happy replacing it with tbh so I may as well keep it. Even my gf who hates the damn thing says I should keep it lol

well i mean when you replaced the hcv after it over heated and it was sounds. just generally maintain it ans service it every so often and could be the difference between the reliability and shitability. dunno tbh mate, was just an idea
