Newww pads arrived today, the right ones this time I think! DS2500's race pads. Should improve my braking as there practically track pads which I need really as I didn't have the best braking at brands hatch.



Also gassed myself and my mate out yesterday wouldn't let the rain put us off!

All my stuff is going Ford graphite grey wheels, bump strips, door handles, but the weather is rubbish I can't do it all.





Also bidded on a smooth boot which is like 2 hours away, but going cheap atm, so hopefully i'll win that! bit of reacted paint on the top of it but I don't really mind. mines rusty so it'll be better

Watch yourself with track pads on a road car, they aren't universally better and actually take longer to warm up.

Yeah it's had three layers! Will give it another one or two layers when I redo the long ones as they have scratches from sanding so need re sanding

Nah no flatting just spraying. will try and sort them out a bit better soon.

Its an extractor fan it helped.. a little

Rain stayed away so I did some car cleaning. Check the rust near my seat mount and tried to save it but its gone tbh. ripped out a bit of sound deadening as it was soaking wet from something that leaked and will remove all the rest sometime.
Love the car when its clean you don't realise how dirty it is until its clean! Makes such a difference just wish all the paintwork was good and not scratched etc.

I even spent the first amount of time on my engine bay today! I got some detailer and wipes out and gave it my best shot lol not perfect but got rid of soooo much black that the smoke left behind from my fire, should have taken a before shot really as it was properly black under bonnet and the washer bottle etc!

Looking good mate, as said sand the parts down with tet and dry, polish and then wax, they will come out like a pro

Sounds good You've put a spanner in the works with that wrap! although I think gloss grey shizzle with matt wrap could work..
