I knew I needed to do it as I had no history but I really need to get it done now so hoping to get it done this week as I have brands hatch on the 4th of july and really can't have the car breaking before that or during lol

Started to rain just as we finished everything. It was such perfect timing.

There is still more camber on the driver side than the passenger side though. But there is nothing obvious thats causing it. Maybe a more in depth look and some more meaurments and stuff taken we might figure out what it is and find a solution.

I have an orange caliper friend now too! I personally like it, but then I would :lol:

Apart from a few little problems (Chris!) it all went smoothly :)

Just a few Chris things :lol:

Main thing was a naffed up exhaust manifold stud/cylinder head thread by just whacking it in and not doing it up by hand a little first. But that'll get sorted at a later date. Oh and the torx head on the other end got a bit of rounding off because the socket wasn't on there properly lol.

Also, he done the manifold bolts up (this made me laugh) and I said 'are they tight?' 'yeah' he replied... so he put a spanner on them to check... they wasn't tight :lol:

I don't think we had any other problems apart from that. Everything else went smoothly... because I did it ;) :lol: :lol:

Getting on the blower in the morning and hopefully will have it booked in somewhere for thursday. Worried everytime I start the engine now :lol:

The rust is fine on the arch still and the whole panel will be cut out so it wont matter too much.

The rust i'm concerned about is on the driver seat mounting point so need to investigate that a bit more.
