I remember the red pooma from doncaster on the forum somewhere, agesssss ago (where I bought the wheels from...) and that had all the racing pooma gear on it, still only made around 140bhp after.
Pointless expense.

But for ease of engine swappage, especially if the 1.6 is going out, or not perfect.. I agree on doing it on any ZS.

But personally no.. boring. :lol:

oh yea you cant deny, if your either too lazy to upgrade the 1600, lack the money for cams remaps and exhausts etc, OR not interested in going there and would be happy with a simple 120pony car and leave it at that you will be doing good to fit the 1.7

but thats about all id recommend one for

people spend several thousands on the racing puma bits only to underachieve on the actualy FRP, when the same money spent on a 1.6 Se would go much further as chris proves

after discussing a few ideas with some gays on here :lol:

list should be around this for zs:

* idea me and mole know about

* Tint reverse light red and dark tint rear indicators on rear lights
* light smoked side repeaters
* maybe tint headlights
* Compression test on engine
(if the above shows its fine then induction kit + service will follow - if not replacement engine will be discussed :lol:

)
* alternator belt
* fecking good clean up
* new centre console (ac one) and sort out cig lighter
* LED Number plate lights
* maybe FSI interior at some point

thoughts?

puma for the win youdlove puma race engine in one ivedriven a zetec s with a puma race engine and i tell ya they am rapid and you have the options of throttle bodies and 4 branch and cams
