update time:

de-restricted the airbox on it the other, along with a good service and some new lower arms. drives like a dream now, she reckons its as quick as the arosa but i dont think so lol.

had a new stainless flexi and de-cat section made up down longlife in cardiff.



goes a bit better higher up rev range now and sound quite cool with the standard system.


then the other day, my new tyres finally turned up in work.

195/45/14 Toyo T1-Rs! all i can say is OMG! they are awesome!!

and no more scrubbing, look better too!







i was pushing two of my mates s2 rallyes round the bend the other nite aswel! the grip on it now is immense! they beat me on the straight in 3rd thou.

gave it some t-cut and bumper care in work the other day.

got some of the little scratches/marks out.










also fitted my piperX off the fiesta on it 4 a change, trying to get some nice piping for my bmc now. although it seems to go better with the piperX on. and the filter whistles like its turbo`d now lol.

ive been wanting 195 14's for a bit now, small cars seem to handle better on 14's over 15's i find, specially fiestas

u can get better tyres in this size than 185/55/14s.

yeah my fiesta used to handle good on 14s. not as good as this though. lol

done a few more things since last time.

changed the air filter again, it went better with this one tbh.




then thought i`d try modifying the airbox and using a standard filter to see how that went.

so i removed this restictive looking part from the airbox.




added a k&n sticky to spice it up a bit lol, its definately not as quick with the standard filter on, or doesnt seem any better on fuel, so bmc will be going back on soon.


damaged my front left wheel in a lane a couple of weeks ago, hit a frigging brick in the road! i was tamping! took a pretty big chunk out of my wheel, and made a small hole in the tyre!

my mates hopefully gona powdercoat em anthracite for me soon though.


more recently, i painted my calipers blue (to match the seats really, and everyone has red), i think they look much better now.






also fitted the seat mudflaps that have been in the boot since ive had the car! they catch the floor though, but keeps it clean!!





also robbed the flexi wipers off the fiesta im breaking, make it look more modern, ive also got some silvatec side repeater bulbs off it to go on and i also fitted the blue sidelight bulbs off it aswel (already had some but these ones look a nicer blue)

done a couple more things to the arosa since last time round..

made up some tidier piping and fitted the bmc dia back on, sounds good again now, and goes much better.




tried some corrado g60 steels on it in work one night when i was bored..




.. they looked pretty pants lol

also finally got around to fitting my door speakers.


gave it a good clean last friday, was out until half 8 in the night. cleaning the windows in the dark didnt turn out all that good though..




also got back from holiday a couple of weeks back, and my rear caliper was sticking on, so had to free that off in work.

thinking of ordering a lower strut brace now...

done a few more things to the arosa recently.

its now debadged and de stripped.




only thing is one of the strips had been superglued on before, luckily its next to the arch which im having painted next week... took the paint off with steam cleaner in work.. woops.


then i ordered an OMP lower strut brace! fitted it last night, good difference this made!



steering is feels much more precise now when you throw it into a corner.
its a bit low though, caught it a few times already, doesnt touch the exhaust though, which is lucky, coz ive heard they do.

next mod on the list is a Awesome GTi/whiteline rear anti roll bar.. which ive just ordered. heard is an awesome bit of kit lol

should be handling excellent soon!
