Will do it in a couple weeks gotta sort the hub now asap

I do recall however only saying that I hope no one told you buying a turbo'd fiesta was going to be cheap. If I said anything about reliability then I take it back for now. Although a turbo needing a rebuild isn't ideal lol

A snapped bolt is nothing to make a comment over, everyone snaps a bolt, even if they don't intend to, bolts can stretch and weaken over time so it's only natural for them to snap. The bolt I snapped, yes it was me, was the hub nut pinch bolt. I said to Chris it doesn't feel right and asked him to check the torque setting, I knew mk3's were about 130 nm, he said the mk5 was 190 (i think) so I set it to 130 just to be safe for now and just so I could know things are actually going ok and it wasn't just me being a penis, and the bolt didn't even get all the way in and it snapped for some reason.

So I was right to think things weren't right - perhaps through the wrench I could tell the bolt was feeling weaker or something but never experienced 'that' feeling so couldn't say it was wrong. Once you experience a bolt snapping you will know what it feels like, there is some form of resistance and then a snap, it wasn't like that, it just felt like cheese.

I broke the cam too. That still baffles me as I did nothing different apart from distribute the clamping force very evenly and slowly. I've changed probably 20 sets of cams and that's the first time it happened. The one thing I could put it down too was the literal ice cold tempertures, but that shouldn't effect it.

I said to Chris he has some form of bad luck with fiesta's lol

Got the bolt sorted today, i'll post some pics up tomorrow probably with a full update.

Ordered some Brake discs/pads, oil and filter just now to collect tomorrow. Pads are down to the metal which I did not realise and couldn't get te wheel to turn when we dropped it down earlier oops.

Need new wishbone bushes so miiiight get poly's not sure yet. and need a new CV joint as mines split.

Amazing what you find on a ramp! but nothing serious, i'll do the brakes tomorrow and the coilovers and some other bits will get done together

Danny I might need you to post me my wishbone polybushes if you can?

I'm pretty sure I don't have them. I thought they went with the wishbones when I made them camber adjustable? I will search the garage high and low though. Gives me an excuse to organise it properly too lol
