im loving this, im not too sure which indy's are the best the orange ones are retro but the clears make it look more cleaner and tidy up the front end, all in all a gorgeous 2i

looks good we have to meet up again sometime soon id say only keep the orange inds if you were keeping the car standerd, eg standerd suspension, standerd wheels etc. but as its lowerd and got the diff wheels on it i think you should stick with the clears as said clears give a cleaner look but orange gives the standerd retro look but its not standerd anymore

Right it is going into the bodyshop today anyway to get some work done but i am a little peed off as parts of the filler cap that was done have bubbled up already it's only been 2 months looks like paint reaction am i right to have a word later?

Yep. I would. Body shops cost enough as it is, without there workmanship being shoddy, they should know whats going to be best for the car and do it, not do it so itll bubbe a couple weeks later thats rubbish, you want it to last! if it took all this years before to get that small amount of bubbling, they haven't done a good enough job!

hmm......its peed me off slightly, effort and money in the car and it comes back straight away

depends if its a paint reaction..or the underlying skin is rusty and all they did was filler and paint it. and not cut out the grot. unfortunately unless you got a written quotation with the work required listed and costed..your kinda stuffed as a verbal. 'can you sort that out isn't really the same.as if they have quoted and invoiced for it. you have evidence that work was carried out using the listed parts and methods. if they havent its fraud on thier part. verbally it would be your word against thiers.

they might be alright about it. but im not entirely sure where you stand on this to be honest.

the other guy who welded the new panel in has left tiny holes in the welding, causing a reaction, so when he is back from holiday next week i have to take the car back again so he can sort it out

sunday: It's getting hammerited on the boot floor, underneath, on the inner arches hopefully and inner wing, and the front valance

good to hear its going to be sorted mate with no fuss!!
