not tried a different pc yet, but cleared the entire internet history

she's back

But............

The bonnet catch has broken, so i can't get pics to show you what was done

Its in one piece, the cable, you can hear it moving when you pull the catch under the steering wheel but nothing is happening

How do i fix it?

does she look good?

shame about the catch, dont have a clue how to fix it though

well the bodyshop bloke took pictures of it, and under the bonnet is now mint

And i've had the arches lips and front valance rubbed back and coated in black stone guard with rust cure underneath, so it won't rust, and stones will bounce off the arches now rather then chip them.

Its not massively noticeable that they aren't white anymore, but thats 3 places where i won't have to worry about rust

Pissed off though, only to me would that happen

The bodywork bloke said if i really can't fix it take it back and he will try and get it done, but i need the car

Another effect of this is i can't change my blown headlight bulb as i can't get to it

And good point, i have no idea

but he said he had it open 5 or 6 times and it was fine, then i went to do it and it wouldn't open

You say you got some white bits done in black stonechip? why didnt you ask them to white stonechip it?

well its called stoneguard and it only comes in black apparantly, and tbh, the front valance you can't see

And well pics depend on my swiftness at resolving the bonnet and photobucket issues i am experiencing

I know there is white sontegaurd, I used it in the back of the pickup

I know my bonnet catch is a pain in the arse.. Try getting someone to pull the bonnet up while your pulling the lever, sometimes helps

Weekend Update:

Bonnet is fixed The cable had just come out of the latch due to slackness, this has been rectified

Headlights are now normals bulbs, unfortunately, but importantly they both work

Went to fit a new wiper stalk then realised as cabbies don't have rear wipers, it won't have a rear wiper part to the stalk so i'm on the lookout

And i should be using a mates pc to try and see if its my pc thats causing the photobucket problem

i was like and theres wankers who run to the council over abit of noise

Just got a quote of £140 to flock the dash in the xr3i, a bit extra for the binnacle but i think thats a good price?
