haha while im here ill mention, i got antagonised by a man in a vectra, now i know the 150 version may be a bit out of my sight (yet again theyre heavy so maybe not)

anyway this was a 2.0 or so, i pelted it down the duel passing him, he turned off at a petrol station, so i wasted my efforts, at the end of the duel i had a trail of steam lol

turned the engine off at the lights and then once green drove to a side road, opened the bonnet, one of my water pipes had come off a joiner, bloody cheap jublee clip wasnt tight enough as it skips iof you tighten it too much, lost half my coolant to my four branch, looked a right daft get with all the steam lol

luckily my mate lived round the corner so i topped up with water and got it home, ill get a new clip and joiner when im in work next

its allways the same with the vox's
at least it was just a hose and nothing major

haha yea my point exsactly, i got a thing where if something goes wrong on my car, becaus eim mechanicly capable i really dont worry untill i know whats wrong, liek i seent he steam, i thought, ugh hopefulyl it aint my head gasket again, twice in less than 10k wouldnt be good lol, doesnt say much for my driving style LOL

i think vectras should just stick to taking the kids to school lol, good family cars but for performance i dont think they are not very good lol

im in the middle of a big wiring update, wiring in the electric mirrors after figuring them out this afternoon, ill do my one touch window relays at the same time, for the drivers and passengers windows, maybe even my rear intermittant wiper relay while im at it

The best Vectra is the VXR the tear st220 to shreds! also my brothers got the Astra 1.9 CDTI RR'd at 156bhp and i tell you what they pull like and absolute train!

lil update, the car is now sporting heated electric front mirrors that are actually mk3 items, so are incredibly rare as most know, so that completes my cars electrical package, its got all the mk3 was offered.

i also fitted one touch window relays for the drivers and passenger window that operate fromt he drivers buttons, very nice touch these, one touch and my drivers window is completely down in 2 seconds you press up once to stop it at a desired point

i also fitted my drivers side front crossover, tweeter to complete the JBL front speakers, id only had my passengers side fitted for about half a year now lol (im partially deaf in my right ear so never bothered me lol)

took me 5 hours and my fingers are killing me lol, was watching a dvd while doing it haha





only pis i took as theres not much to see, was impressed by the insulation behidn the door cards though, foam sound proofing and a dust sheet

just gotta remvoe the four branch next and boot it in for the mot, ill have to swap the rear lights over first and check why the airbag light flashes also
