For suspension kits with springs/shockers its mainly.. cheapest being GMAX (but everyone gets their knickers in a twist on certain forums claiming they are crap.. but ive had 2 sets and no problems)
SPAX are a good set.. not sure on many others

most kits don't sell 60mm springs anyway, for a start pick up a set of 60mm springs and shove them on your standard shockers and see how you like it :)

coilovers, mine were AVO

as for the shocks,id go for standard shocks on pi springs.they are stiff enough with out being hard.

as for gmax, ive had 3 sets on different cars and they were all too stiff for my liking......but im old!

id idealy like coilovers money permiting. so if you see any let me know.

but went to rally design today for the amount u pay brand new for a set of matching springs and shocks may as well buy coilovers. i can get 50mm springs for the front and 35mm for the rears there. will this look odd or will it even itself out?

the backs a bit higher on fiestas, it better to get a matching kit, ive have both 60mm gmax kit and AVOs, the coilovers made the handling quite a bit better, but i had to get rear wheel spacers, the gmax kit was good, not that harsh and still made the handling better. plus my AVOs make the front on the car rattle, its the spring moving on the shock, but i cant see any way of tighting the spring any more.
coilovers are good but if your not goin to use the car for track use the 60mm gmax kit will get the car just as low.
the first pic is my car on gmax shocks, the second is on the avos

Doesnt really matter if your just sticking them on the standard shocks for now... specially if you plan on changing them for coilovers in the future ;)

Never heard any stories on using Pi springs, but go for whichever :)

Also it gives you chance to see if your wheels scrub on the arch lips at all while being 60mm

mines 40mm on spax springs! handles loads better than standard! and i think it sits awesum!!
but i get quite a bit of scrubbing on the inner and out arch when i hit bumps but a few boys on here sed they never used to get that problem when they had their cars 40mm on standard shocks and lowering springs so i think my shocks are a bit naffed and are getting soft inbtheir old age lol so im gona get bilsteins soon i think!
