engine i could lie to insurers about, a whole car might be a bit harder ( lying to your insurance is stupid and i dont condone it in any way) getting an aerial soon, and a radio cage thing so it doesnt keep jumping

keeping it fairly standard, just gonna do a few littl ethings, springs, brake pads maybe, filter. maybe a backbox if i could face the chavvyness.

took some pics today of all the bodywork issues (apart from a massive dent i have got ) and will be posting up soon. these are the ones i told you about alex

With abit of work some of them wont be noticable.

But to be fair, your first car, it doesnt matter.. just drive drive drive

My first car was a metro 1.4D .. bag of nails.. but so wank it was awesome!

dont mind driving it like that, its mainly the roof ones (the one with my hand in the pic) that do my head in. but went out in it again, and feels like a supercar to me strange how it feels so much quicker when you are driving as opposed to passneger.

mini pre-update, done a little service (battery kept dying so did a few things) and a bit of a clean. also been looking at these : and with a few parts that i have asked for off of here (you guys know who you are, expect pm in a few days). me and dave (mr driving instructor) have agreed 2 more lessons then test, i thought i would need more but he is confident ill do fine. going to try and sort the door soon, but im so used to it i just really dont care! is this normal?

would be nice to hear some feedback on the wheels, as im not sure if they would suit it.

everything is normal with cars, things go wrong for everybody.. like currently i am having to use my chip key to unlock my steering lock and tell the ecu its really me.. then beep my other immobilisor then use another key to turn the ignition switch, as it refuses to work with my barrel.. now thats great fun..

i also locked my 2 year old brother in my car last night, with my key inside it still... well done paul

just sucks wit all the money going out, not a lot coming in, what you think of the wheels? think they would suit it? i want something a bit different than everyone else.

Buy a pugsport. Buckets. Racing wheel. Good alloys and tyres etc. And keep all your standard shizzle. Basically anything you can then put on a better 106 once you crash it.

Get some multi-spokes, although, you need to do the 4 stud conversion 1st other wise if you get another 106 they wont fit, theres a guide on 106 Owners, although you have to pay to see the guides!
