How my car is currently looking and has been for the last 2 weeks



Argh more and more problems again and again

I fitted my xr2i's koni adjustables last week but under closer inspection today fitting my braided hoses I noticed my car seems to be ****ed





As you can see the brake line bracket is bent upwards from where the suspension sits too close to the bracket. Its touching the chassis on the cup when the strut moves up and down.

Its only doing it on the drivers side of the car so I'm fearing something is out of alignment, It doesn't look like the car has been in any accidents.

maybe the wishbone, the suspension, or the hub etc is bent on that side of the car causing it to touch the chassis

Those wheels look great dude!

Aggressive shape and a subtle colour, which really suits the rest of the car. Any pictures of it on all fours or is fitment proving a bitch.

Well the new car is going to be waiting in the back garden until i can source a new shell for it as ive discovered why my drivers side damper rubs against the chassis.

It was involved in an accident as i can see its had at least...

New slam panal.
New offside wing.
New Bonnet.

Its buggered

Only noticed the inner wing all bent up and rippled when i had my head up in there today. Theres cracks everywhere.

Bloody hell that sucks If I sold a car that had been in a crash I wouldmake sure that I told the buyer. What a joke that some people dont. Hope things work out.

When i was in the guys kitchen helping him look for the mot certificate i saw a letter from a courthouse about a car accident last year. It didnt state what make,model or registration of the vehicle involved. All i knew is that he bought this fiesta due to smashing up his old corsa.

Why doe's bad luck follow me everywhere

I inspected the car as much as i could before buying it but without removing the front wheels id never of seen the damage.

Just means im abit buggered with what to do now Bought the car for £700 and spent £450 getting my wheels refurbed with new tyres. Ive just bought a new rear brake cylinder too lol
