Not a huge up date, the car has been stood over the Christmas period due to bald tyres and a few issues I could feel arising so I thought id not skint myself over christmas and save the hassle for new year as i have the van to use.

That time of hassle came last saturday when I brought the car into the garage for them to have a look around, on the way there I noticed a few issues of being stood have also been created, the battery is knackerd and the brakes have seized and become quite corroded on the back.

Once at the garage they stuck it on the ramp and saw 2 front snapped springs and a track rod end had gone so today its having the springs replaced and track rod end replaced then wheels tracked.

Battery shall be bought and hopefully with use the brakes will smooth them selves out but if not new brakes alll round.

Not the best news but its not the end of the world . . . Its not rotten lol.

I'd put most of that down to the cold weather and having the car sit around in it

Still need doing is a replacement battery, new tyres and new discs and pads.

Indeed, gonna get some part worns just to make it legal for now then I can get a battery abd keep it used until I can afford some decent tyres all round.

Needs taxing next week so im trying not to blow loads of money.

Nothing major to report but still something to show up keep of the car.

Iv bought front and rear discs and pads

Will be fitting them this weekend, pretty big compared to the fiesta lol, even the rears are bigger than the si's front.

Sort the fiesta.

If you don't do it soon i'll end up buying it off you to fix up myself!

Got them ftom euro car parts, there was these and some cheaper ones and after some web searching these Pagid ones where recommended.

I run pagid pads at the moment on ford discs. They seem to be pretty good at stopping. A lot of garages use pagid stuff these days.
