another update

got my wheels checked for buckles and the 2 front wheels were buckled one was really bad so could be the reason why the steering wheel vibrated

I bought another set of 5 and only one was straight so I got hold of a brand new one that had never seen the road but sprayed white so now I have a full striaght set finally so I will be getting them refurbed in january





also had a lot of the rot repaired, its about 90% there, but the welder ran out of welding wire also got a waxoyl sprayer so im going to fully protect it and pump it into the sills etc once the weldings complete
cant wait to get the interior back in now as well, and I will probably be putting the white fiesta up for sale in the new year and having the si but I cant be 100% due to the my insurance with the bump when the women reversed in to my car as her insurance havent paid my insurance still and it happened back in july so its probably going to court and I could be effected which is unfair but I have a feeling the lady who hit me may not have been insured for work purposes, but im sure I will find out soon enough.....

Last picture for me is the best, it just shows how clean the car is, makes me want to clean and polish the crap out of mine then put a nice layer of wax on it

I find having the rears on their softest setting is the best, gives so much smoothness and comfort to the car

more rust found today


picture is of the offside rear inner sill area and is the same on the other side but not as bad, ive done a big search throughout the rest of the car for more luckly I didnt find anymore, the sills are going to be chopped off around may/june time and if theres anymore rot inside it will be treated or cut out before my new sills go back on

pretty gutted really but they are the original sills, so it was a matter of time but I shall not be defeated by some rust
