finally been and had the Emerald ECU setup on RR, great service and a smooth 173BHP, im happy with that and the power spread. From graph still going up and making power when hit 7000rmp which i said was my safe limit! leaves me scope for pub talk i can always say would have continued to go up to 200 at 8000rpm :lolz:

Great result mate, Read through the whole thread and a very good car, I like the way its all been done and not stuck to the normal old off the shelf route.

Im hoping for the same result roughly when i get to a rr. Ive got kent fast road cams, think there z2001's. stage 3 port and polish head with larger valves, 2l block, zx9r varbs and megajolt ignition system, 4 branch and full decat system.

quick update, fitted a RS2000 servo and master cylinder to try a better match for the cosworth calipers, due to still running rear drums had to also fit a adjustable brake bias valve to cut the rear pressure down.

got to try it out soon as got trackday booked in 3 weeks on the new 3 mile Snetterton track.

The mondeo servo is a great upgarde Will, youll definately feel more bite on the brakes, and the biasing valve is also needed to stop the back wheels locking up

be good to see the vid from Snetterton when you go there

Nice power! By 5000rpm you are making above what a usual engine hits at peak power, so to say your powerband/gearings starts from around there(?) is a brilliant acheivement over standard spec, well done :D

done my first trackday of 2011 on the new 3 mile Snetterton track, bit damp but good track, had a slight problem with lack of brake servo assist
