Shame about the car dude! How is the engine looking? Did you have a look? Worth taking it out and putting it in another car maybe?

The insurance company will sort it all, they will see she is in the wrong and she will have to pay out in the end and witness's will back it up too. I take it police took a load of photos? They can use the crash scene investigator people to work out what happened - computer simulators and all sorts can back it up, they can pretty much replicate everything these days.

The main thing is, your ok! Like said before, cars can be replaced, it may take lots of money but it can be done, people cant, no matter how hard you try.
