WOW !! have just gone through all 42 pages and i must say its like an online jeremey kyle !!!! im geuinely shocked that this was happening on the forum. IMO meilack u love fords as i do possibly even more so

as for percy .. you love your C2 clearly and good for you .. you feel about your C2 as meilack for the ST. but there is no need for bitching and arguing. im not going to deny u egg eachother on but seriously... u like your C2 percy great DONT slate fords or moan about them on website that originally started as a ford website and dont put people down for there choice of car. not saying meilack is an angel about slating cars but seriously... tedious bullshit the lot of it. new members will see this and think WTF is this bollocks. not something u really want if im honest. im completely biased on fords coz thats what im all about and the only french cars i genuinely like are 205gti and 106 rallye/gti bt i dont go on a french website and tell them they are crap and to buy a ford. You must see my biggest problem with the ST is it could have been so much more, if anything people buying it tells ford its ok to be a bit behind the competition, to which the mk7 RS/ST might suffer the same fate (I hope not).

As Meilack is quite right to point out I do look at cars in a financial sense to which the ST makes little sense.

Buy all means I do slate all fords and do actually own one, as you know from previous posts Sam I would love a C2 vs XR2 match up, not out a 'french is better' arguement but more how horsepower to weight can affect things. Same with wanted Dave to get his RST broken in for some turbo vs N/A fun.

As it is I am just interested in cars in general, and believe every car has its place/owner. But at times I really don't understand why people own the cars they do, to which I will ask questions and offer my opinion of what I would do differently.

Anyway I don't love my C2 that much, yes its great but I would sell it tommorrow if I needed to (and the thought does keep crossing my sensible mind).

i don't like the styling of the C2 but thats not due to the fact its a citroen :hmm:

my dad owns a laguna 2.2 dci estate and i love it, torque ftw! :lol:

although in this thread i believe the ST has been slated unfairly. Driver's make a car what it is. If i drove my ST any harder then fair enough :lol:
