that does look better ;) fits in with the black theme more

looks good all round tho

have you managed to hear back from toyo or what ever tyres you had on in the blow out( my memory sucks :red: )

and fixed your filler neck yet?( properly :lol: )

yea, both done! lol

filler neck was done very promptly! As for the tyre, Toyo said the tyre had ben punctured and gone down, got hot and the trye wall delaminated. therefore - my fault. sucks, but thats life.

How odd....

I came out to my car today and found the following....






no idea how it got there :P

now, joking aside...... NEVER AGAIN. I refuse.nadda, nowt. NO.

What a rediculously hard job!

all the wiring still needs doing - and i think an FSi first, I will have to ask for help and advice!

The heater box fitting.... what a pig of a job also! un-friggen-believable! (as as for how to wire that in?! no friggen idea for now)

I did however come up with a bit of a (imo) genius idea. Rather than cut the whole square out for the other part of the heater box, i left a 'flap' as such...




I then re-used the cover from the old heaterbox, and put it over the top to stop any raid getting in:

voila!




Anyways, retrim is also happeing atm, and with FF coming not too far away its all getting going!

Dash is going to be resprayed black, because it has been stored a bit roughly and is marked, and it need to go back to the bodyshop to get the damage from last years FF repaired!

and last but not least, cos I can....
