Not fitting the intercooler, as its too big to fit. Well the pipes are the main problem.
Going to be fitting a chargecooler, as I have space for one, and its pump and rad/fan setup.

The list to do is as follows:-

Sort back door lock out, was gonna replace doors but thats a waste of money imo.
Cut a chunk out of the sill and weld it up, move exhaust higher up.
Modded wishbones
Coilovers up front
Setup tracking and camber
Fit tyres and citroen wheels
Mod front arches and fit JDM arches

Replace thermostat housing with proper one, with a rad fan switch
TDDI Inlet with EGR Blanking
Oil and filters change
Chargecooler fitting
Turn up the boost a tad more

Give it some more paint on the bonnet and roof.
Stickerbomb the rack.
Wood panel the inside of the rear doors.

Done.

All cheap mods, which I will do over time, as and when I can be arsed.

In perfect honesty, I have given up with cars, I'm keeping the van going as long as possible.. and how I want it, it actually comes in handy at times. I won't be having any other daft car builds or anything in the near future, as TBH I would rather not waste the money anymore.

Been toying with petrol engines incase the derv dies on me.

Rs2000 engine will do. Run it on megasquirt (no need to change looms then and find proper ECU)

Possibly build up a 2.3 bottom end, rs head and gsxr itbs.

Should be cheap enough to do... torque and bhp. Fuck zetec I've had enough of them.

Just reading around... even a standard 2.0 rs2000 lump running on megasquirt is gonna push 160bhp. Prob a tad more with itbs. As long as I can mate that engine to this derv box in the van (pretty sure I can) it wouldn't take much doing tbh.

Galaxy 2.3 engines go for loads more dolla.

2.0 rs engines go for less.. cheapness factor. Chain no belt.
Squirt costs abit but it saves finding an escort loom and ecu and pissing about.

Would keep my side exit (add one box to it tho lol)
