well its probably pretty obvious. but this project officially has died a death. i have my reasons, and theyre not open for discussion/ comment. this isnt a wind up....im not going to rock up to a show this year in a mentally caged car. this is it for me for the forseeable future.

ive found a reasonable custodian for the shell for the time being but if anyone fancies a challenge and wants to put in a sensible offer on the shell its wayyyy too good to scrap...were not talking millions of pounds, then im sure something could be sorted out.

As of 29th June 2013, Ben's parents have passed the project onto myself.

The fiesta will eventually be put back on the road, sticking the Ben's original ideas which we spoke about alot.

This will not have many updates, as my current situation with money will be taking a nose dive over the next year or so while I pursue my new job, which does involve moving further down south at the end of 2014.
I will continue to gather parts and make some sort of effort, but once I feel the time is right (when funds, and space allow) I will start to get the car completed.

The simple spec are as follows:
Mental caged 1994 Mallard Green Si.
2040cc high compression zetec running ITBS.
Independant rear suspention.
Group A magnessium 16" wheels.
yadda yadda.

Basically, I intend to do what Ben planned (before the cosworth idea) and I intend to stick to that plan.

Abit closer to attending a north meet lol.

So, while I am on a low wage and moving later this year... I have not been able to do anything with the project.
I recently decided that it was about time to try and find some panels which I require, as they are getting rare now.

Main things I needed were a NSR Quarter panel, and a roof skin.
NSR quarters are near impossible to find, and if they are available cost a bomb!
Roof panel is needed so I can attempt to create my own fiberglass/carbon roof panel, as the company that once made them no longer make anything anymore, and nobody seems to have the mould!

So this morning, The Fiesta fairy made a donation to the cause.
In the form of a 3.5 non sunroof with a decent NSR panel.

As much as I would LOVE to do this up and sleeper it, this must take the hit, and be a parts slag, for the track slag!

Got it this morning, and as you can see I have already made a start to it Ben would be proud!
