I JUST TYPED A POST AND LOST IT ALL SO THIS IS IT IN SHORT:!!!
A little education for everyoneCar all over place when accelerating/braking.... had recently replaced wishbones and top mounts/bearings, (two months ago)
My tyres was unevenly worn so i thought that was the main cause. Got some tyres, was better but not really.
So i got some decent stuff, as only stuff i could put it down to was this: Lemforder wishbones and genuine top mounts/bearings.

Just for your information, lemforder is brand of zf, they supply to many car manufacturers including ford, bmw, vag, merc etc. There parts are very good.
The part number on the wishbone bush is a ford one, made by boge, boge is also a brand of ZF
The problem with the cheap wishbones seems to be that the bushes unglue from the wishbone, creating movement.
Top mounts.

As you can see the cheapo ones are worn quite a bit, making lots of movement.
And they sit differently on the top spring cup, which cant be helping things:

Bearings.

Made in germany. I know they cant win the war, but theyre pretty dam good at building cars/parts.
The cheapo ones where rough as .......

You cant really see it but the cheap ones dont seem to seal up the bearing properly.
As you can imagine it made a hell of a difference. Tracking was a bit out so got that sorted and she drives lovely.
Moral of the story, buy decent parts, genuine where possible. Cheap parts = dont last long.
This post was more in detail, but me being a numpty managed to close the page.....
