Cars can be replaced, people can't! Hope she admits fault, nothing worse than someone lying after something like that happening.

Ah i see mate, didn't know that. Just was thinking in case she tried to argue that as a reason.....athough that would contradict the original story :?

Is that 3 witnesses then (the woman at side of road, and the woman and her son in the car? :? )

Should hopefully go your way...are you TPFT or fully comp yourself then just incase?

Oh and where is the car now then, probably not the time to make jokes but don't you want your ITBS and stuff....could get a bit of cash back :)

Sorry to hear this mate.

Even if you did change lanes its her fault, she has to make sure both lanes are clear before
she pulls onto the road. So regardless if she has a witness or not it's still her fault.

Hope it goes through easily enough if her company admits liability.
