quick question mattyboy have you had the car setup or remapped now you have had all these bits and pieces on?

my m8 has a scooby classic goes like stink he has same sort of setup as you fmic apexi decat 3inch system induction kit ect bt wen he had most of his installed he had to have it setup otherwise it ran terrible.

Because mines a Newage impreza the MAF and ecu are slightly better so have greater scope for self calibrating itself.

They also Run rich as standard, this was infact shown at the RR day at StreetRacers as well, so in theory no risk of it leaning out due to lower inlet temps.

I was advised by the chap that will be mapping my car (Jolly Green Monster) to reset the ecu and try not to boot it until the fuelings been checked, im going to a RR day at AET Turbos on 7th of March so ill be able to see if its all ok then. I have a Scanguage plugged into the OBD2 port and that would flag up any faults, it also allows me to check vital stats, such as the Inlet temps, so i can keep an eye on things to prevent harm. ;)

If i had fitted the full exhaust system then i would need to get it mapped as it would caused boost spike and the FCD would keep kicking in. But as its only the back box im ok.

Went AET Turbo's the other weekend to use their hub dyno.

Results where
181.3Bhp at the Hubs, which equates to 240-245 At the fly. Which is a 30bhp increase at the wheels and 15-20bhp increase at the fly than the last run.

Changes since the last run are Air filter, Backbox and FMIC. Still running 0.5bar, so past 5000rpm ish the FMIC is sucking the boost, so i need it upping!

I wasn't bothered about power, i just wanted to have the fueling checked, which is spot on. So roll on VF34 and a Remap! :)

I have bought a new front number plate as the normal (legal) one looks crap, so gone for a bike size sqaure one. (its not in them pics as i fitted the plate today and they where took last night)

You can also see the new fog cover and Cold air feed. :) The bumper itself is a spare, i've got another thats having some work done to it and yes a splitter is being fitted as it bloody needs one! :doh:
