Picked up my 1996 1.8 si for Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£675

Good Bits:
Clean Interior
MOT until April 08
78,000 Miles
Set of 5 Rs2000 mk6 alloys
State Blue
Good Clean Interior
Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£500 less then the xr3i cabby mk4 2 insure! (Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£801 versus Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1300)

Bad Bits
Bubbly Arches
Rust on 3 spoiler mounts on boot
Dented front wing
wobbly mirror (replacement arriving)
Throttle Issue (sorted)

Bodyshop quote for;
1: Arches Sorted
2: Boot Sorted
3: New Wing and Painted
4: Paint replacement mirrors

should be in the post!

Mods/Things Done so far:

1: Service (ford oil for free!)
2: Silicone HT leads in Blue ( 8-)

4: ECU reset
5: Cambelt Kit Purchased (Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£16 genuine ford part)
6: 2 leccy replacement mirrors (Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£30)

Future Plans (no particular order)
1: Tinted Windows
2: Panel Filter
3: Remove EGR
4: Cambelt Change
5: Clutch Change (starting to slip!)
6: Bodywork
7: Tinted Side Repeaters
8: Get morettes on (Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50!) and sort out indicators with these
9: Replace Rusting Exhaust!
10: Lowering Kit
11: A Splitter of some sort

And anything else i think of! (rs 7 spokes :drool:

Its not perfect, the pics are off my fone in a multi storey lo

You can see the dented wing, but the arches are scabbing and the boot has rust on the three spoiler mounts and a couple more dings.

Yes i am aware i need a decent camera! :lol:

I may get Gti skirts after the initial bodywork is done, and its morette time in 3 weeks :insanity:
