As some of you may know i have Rennie old si.

I was selling it but it failed its mot and needs alot of work.

THIS IS WHAT IT FAILED ON CARNT BLAME THE BLOKE FOR NOT WANTING TO DRIVE DOWN FROM SCOTLAND.

1. power steering inoperative

2. power steering pipe (s) or hose (s) leaking

3. Nearside rear anti-roll bar attachment bracket/mounting cracked

4. Offside rear anti-roll bar attachment bracket/mounting cracked

5. No split pins in both t.r.e. steering component is not secure to the vihicle

6. Parking brake lever has no reserve travel

7. Both rear ns front brake pipe excessivly corroded

8. Steering column movement between the shaft and steering wheel

9. Exhaust system has a major leak of exhaust gases

10.Exhaust emissions carbon monoxide content at idle exessive

11.Drivers door does not latch securely closed

12.Front passenger door cannot be opened from outside the vehicle

I have had alittle think and very nearly chucked it in the bin BUT i am now going to sort the car out and her is how (I HOPE).

PUT THE MONDEO 2LTR IN pos by the end of June

Sort out them horrible back lights and get some quads in there

Try and do somthing to the arches and side skirts (i dont want xr/rs arches need some ideas peps.

Look for a different front bumper as every si looks the same (i know what people will say but i want to be a little different) again any ideas.

Sort out the rear end as its CRAP but will still be keeping the mk 4 look.

BIGGER WHEELS and pos white mondeo ones (what price should i be looking for.

INSIDE

I LOVE the wingback seats that much i will be putting 2 in the back.

Sort out a roll cage (half)

put in my ice.

AND I MAY GET IT SPRAYED PURPLE BUT NOT SURE AGAIN ANY IDEAS.

Well picked up my bodykit today and mmmmm its wide.

THE TAPE IS SO YOU CAN SEE HOW WIDE IT IS AND I HAVE THE SIDE SKIRTS BUT NEVER PUT EM ON

Just need a couple of bit before it sprayed.





Rennie car is well know so i wanted to put my own stamp on it.

could do with a wider beam on the rear to stick yer wheels out into them new arches and do something on the front too so the wheels wont be sucked in by the kit??

A friend of mine has had a si bumper modified and it has to big round lights were the old small ones are (a little like a evo) so i am trying to get him to sell me that.

Otherwise not sure dont want nothing like the delta spoilers you see nocking about.
