The map will give you some gains whilst staying within their personal tolerances, whether these are safe or not who knows.
If it gives you better mpg, a little more power and it's safe then why not. Obviously spending more money on getting proper ignition timing and fuelings from a controlled and repeatable environment (rolling road) and on the road would be best for maximum gains and precise throttle control but tbh it's not a race car so hey.
I like it, I think you get so much bang per buck with these bigger Fords - the Focus and the Mondeo's are really good VFM. Everything black = gansta.
