Pretty much sums up the problem then. Might be worth giving another company a go to see how the results differ if their graphs are like that. I don't actually understand how they think it's actually acceptable to produce graphs like that, I really don't. Even just a simple shitty program to produce a smooth line out of all of that would benefit them and their customers.
If they honestly think they can tune car engines with a graph like that, then I can run my car on cheese. Yes oil and petrol.
