escorts now gone! somebody from hampshire picked it up on sunday. they are going to rally it!

so he immediately went straight out and picked up a yellow mk6 zetec s 30th celebration edition with 50k on it!

i even got to have a go of the escort on friday after i had fitted two new front tyres and tracking on it, it drove spot on! was good fun! not alot of poke in it probs about the same as my 1.4 si..

least i got to have a go of it! was good fun and now i can add a mk2 escort to the long list of cars ive driven!

also had a driving experience in stafford on the weekend where i got to drive:

subaru impreza wrx sti
mitsubishi evo 8
a clio doing handbrake turns lol
nissan gtr (was supposed to drive a ferrari 360 but it broke down) lol
a lamborghini gallardo
and a land rover off roading!

his old escort, ended up back on ebay. it was then sporting a set of 1600 sport decals, big valve head and some different door cards.. dont know whether it sold but was up for about £6000.

My mates now done a few more mods to the anniversary...

rolling on powdercoated black st rims and now dropped on 45mm Pi springs.

hes also added a new cd player and a carbon fibre strip on the bonnet to protect from stone chips, and zsoc sticker.



i think a cat back is next on the agenda..

im starting to really like this now. i may even be joining him with a mk6 soon too!
