ok so just started here and thought would get a project thread on the go as lots to be done
will start with list of things done:
-17" 206 gti 180 alloys
-slammed god knows how much
-gti inlet manifold and other gti gubbins which the previous owner did
-full exhaust system and induction kit
-front splitter

thats pretty much it atm but have oredered
-drilled & grooved discs all round
-new bosch starter motor
-new oil and filter
-new sub kit

and it needs the hub fixing and 2 front tyres and insurance oh and my private plate to be transfred to it :thumbs:

hopefully get it on the road for monday just have to sort insurance £2600 a year and put new tyre on and starter fitted this weekend

i dont like pugs but that looks very tidy

cheerrs buddy and no it not my usual cup of tea but i realy love this car now only had it of a mate cuz he wanted 100quid for it with 5 months tx and mot but wasnt driveable as damaged hub /shock and wishbone from a central reservation and starter kuput but almst done it all now

u wud of been daft not to buy it for 100 quid lol hes gonna be gutted wen he sees it about again llol

yeh he works with me so when i get it insured i cant wait to see his face cuz he never washed it the whole time he had it and tbh it looked ruff when i picked it up all muddy scratched wheel on weird angle but now it looks mint

2.0? nice. My mate has one and there pretty damn quick, if I had to have a pug this would probably be my choice..

Can I just also say WHITE WHEELS looks awesome on this colour car as he has it himself

you gonna rolling road it then? be intersting to see what it does come out at, my friend says his is 135, then whenever someone tries to race him he either has "no petrol money" or "he might win as I only have 125bhp" but hes an idiot. Still be cool to see how fast they are!

£100 is a baragin and as said at that price it would be stupid to turn it away

100 quid is a steal, makes up for your insurance. Iv always liked the 306's, every pug after that has been crap.

for £100 thats great, but its far too low, doesnt look right at all. I bet it handles like a pig compared to how it should

Great buy for the money. You could make 100 quid back from the inlet manifold and strut brace alone.

Wheels could be sold at a good price and you could buy some gti-6/hdi alloys that would set it off a treat!
