Also no-one else I know has had as much dedication to ford as meilack has. Buying and modifying old and new fords. Chasing rust around countless fiestas

right i can see i'm unpopular

i am looking at a new job that's probably miles away, and i don't feel comfortable with the xr2i doing that. I also check everyday if it is still there, which makes me worry......i'm bored of fighting rust, i've got rid of it all and it's now mint. It's at a point where i won't be throwing tons of money at an old car

also with my line of work, the image is everything, and the xr2i is atiny bit "boy racer"

if it's tat important to you lot, buy it and look after it

either way i feel justified in what i am doing i'll love old fords still, that's not in question, but the daily duties with an old ford aren't cost effective for me

new car will be alot of money but i will be confident it will last
