i love the Si its a great car to drive but its just not old skool.....so decided to sell 2 of my other projects and get a mk1 on the road to run along side the Si, it will be kept for dry weathers and for shows not forgetting a bit of racing :D

1.1 pop with 45,000
lowered and was on wiiiide 4 spokes but ive put 12" steels back on as they allways go best with them

i feel like a right child driving it :lolz: leave rubber on the ground in 1st and 2nd off lights or just plod along pretending im in an old slow car just to piss people off :lolz: :lolz:

needs a few other bits sorting, ive got leccy ignision on the way and fancy poly brushing it with some coil over treatment too!

engine wise its gonna stay 1100 for the summer see if i can beat my old 1/4 mile time then hopefully over winter tidy the shell up and get a 1600 X-Flow, i havent dissmised the idea of a zetec yet but id much rather have a crosser

for anyone that didnt know it that was my old one, was my first car and had it 3 years absolutly loved it! but using it as a daily driver killed it rust wise  managed to wring an 18.7 @ 70 out of it so the plan is to better that :insanity:

its so nice to be in a little 1.1 pushrodder again torquesteering off the line even wwith 5.5J

as much as i want a screaming 1700 crossflow im for the first time ever considering sticking a zetec in a mk1, the Si has changed me :look:

i have given the Si a dam good wash and put some fresh oil in it ready for a weekend road trip, unfortunatly im off to the would be sister in laws b'day instead of FTIP/Shakey Raceway so the mk1 wont be on the strip till classic ford
