Been away for a bit as i have a new flat with no internet, anyway, last friday, this happens!

I hate the meriva! It's the worst car i have ever driven.

Anyway, she's admited liability, i now have to get to quotes, but it'll be a write off. I have to change the badboy over as it wasn't insured, and also the alloys, so if anyone has any spare 14" 185 / 55 hubs with tyers on them they want to get rid of or are selling for a very cheep price, let me know!

Actualy, those wheels i have just described and a £100 for a swap for my escort gti alloys?

Also, i have bought tickets for fiesta in the park, i won't be attending anymore, so if someone wants them for a 5er?

I've only paid for the ticket, with the plaque, haven't recived it yet, i belive it's still all in the capible hands of mr onslack! But if you/anyone else wants it, then just send £5 my way via paypal.

As for fixing it, it'll cost too much, so it's a write off. I'll be looking for an e36 1.8, but if i can't find anything i might be tempted for another fezza, as i don't really fancie anything else

It happened on a round about/island, i was turning right, 2ed exit, and she was going straight over, obviously didn't see me indicate, which i def' did, and ploughed into the side of me. She's admitted liability, so that's something, i just need two quotes now, i've had one that just said it's not economical for repair, all the inner wing was crumpled in also.

It was insured for 1k but i think it was worth about £800, or at least i know i could of sold it for that. 84k on the clock and in good condition. What do you guys think i should except?

I hope it works out for you someway or another. It seems strange, but does it matter that your mods weren't declared? If the woman has accepted liability, it shouldn't count on your insurance, Im not sure where any of that stands??

Make sure you get your lights off it and replace with some standard, they look great and are original fairly too.

they probably wont check your mods, but dare i say it's best to be completely insured anyway

Could oyou not just smash the bad boy bits off your bonnet? Just take a saw/grinder/hammer or anything to it to get it all off.
As for wheels just put it on stands and say your mate bought them?

they will write that off but try and buy it back off the insurance, it will prob be a cat c write off, i'd try and buy it back...probably can get it back cheap and ask a local garage how much for a repair or break it for parts, sorry to hear about it mate

Well, i've been away for some time now, and have a new car, it's no fiesta, but i saw it on one of the first hot days we had this year and the poser inside me told me i had to have it!

It's the 2.0ltr g-limited model, with a t-bar. Got it for quite cheep the the insurance and petrol is slowly crushing me!





I've still got the old fiesta, am selling the lights on ebay if anyone's interested, info in the selling section. Also p.m me if your interested in any other parts i had!

it's a 2.0 ltr 160 bhp standard, apparently. It's got a stainless, de-cated exhaust and induction kit, so not sure what it is now.
