Right, finally got down to halfords yesterday after christmas etc n got myself a TX55...Got home, started whizzin off the bolts and the f**cking thing sheared in half on the last bolt 
Anyways, in my rage i went on eBay n bought myself a proper 8pc impact torx set, but...Just noticed the sizes are T50, T55 etc instead of TX55 ...Is there a difference?? |

errr don't think so not sure exactly mine sheared in half to, took the fooking thing back to halfrauds and told them to sort it! |

T and Tx should be the same thing (one may be security type with a hole in the centre), Halford are quite good with there tool's, should have just took it back and they'd give you a new one!

Halfords stuff has a lifetime warrenty. You don't even need to provide a reciept (probably would for a large tool kit), they'll just replace it on the spot

not quite...sykes pikavant make halfords tools.....snap on do thier own stuff....they have sub brands like blue point... |
