is there anyway to make a bailey dump valve work on a 2.0 nrmally aspirated zetec engine

unfortunately not, dump valve's are for turbo/SC'd cars only

You could stick it on but it wont make a noise, may make the tinyist of Tsssh that wouldn't be heard over the noise of the engine!

if your really desperate to have the dump valve sound but have a turbo car you can always go for fake one with the same phsssst sound and it only costs Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£150 the website is:
