Has anyone found that when fitting a de-cat pipe that there exhaust note is louder and differant. i havn't decided whether i like it yet. luckily i don't do any motorway driving or it might get a bit annoying. |

only had a play this morning seems to respond abit better removed a flat spot befor 3500rpm. what backbox have you got. Am running a Rage 4.5 outward rolled beginning to like to sound now. Back box has now dropped off as i didn't fit it right yesterday. it is very loud with no back box.

mine origionaly was magnex catback, then went for the decat at powerflow.. so its still the same just with a decat thats about where my flatspot was i can imagaine without the backbox!

Magnex uses a silencer to replace the cat, so the noise increase would be little, if any JJ |
