yeh its a 3.5, yeh you pull the cover off and you have access to fuse number 1 - 22, fuses 23 - 29 are behind the main fuse board, and to get to this you have to drop the fuse box down and the fuse i need is 25 and the bit where this fuse sits in, is not there. Not the best picture in the world, from the haynes manual, this bit is missing:

hmmm...i will have another look properly, just to check i have not missed nothing. Wiring sounds abit complicated
