KK then well i found out tht my uncle is actually a fabricator (known as the welder) lol so im gonna see if he will undertake this task of replacing my sills. i know he is busy alot of the time but i dont mind paying him some money for doing it for me


cheers anyway i did shop around and the prices seem to rise! lol

If you can get your uncle to do it, i guess it would be cheaper as the sill only costs £20ish. :)

i'd say thats a good price if the work is to a good standard, and to say that they're gonna be cuting the old one out and welding a full sill in. you'd probably be better getting a price painted TBH

that does seem quite excessive just for the welding, would be best if you could get someone you know to weld them then have it sprayed at a shop!!!!

just personally i'd treat it back to metal, weld supports in and then wack the kit on ?
